Buccal Massage Training

      This training is for practitioners learning to advanced their facial massage skills specifically to release the tightness in the muscles around the jaw. We will go over the anatomy of facial muscles that relate to the intraoral massage. You will be able to work hands on as well as receive a treatment to be able to feel/experience this technique yourself. Some key points we will go over will be the jaw + hip connection, trigger point therapy, how to create more space for lymphatic flow, and how to prepare and warm up the skin + muscles for this technique.  By performing buccal massage, we will be able to work inside the mouth to reach and access deeper layers of the facial muscles and tissues. Through this we can help conditions like TMJ while at the same time sculpt the lower muscles of the face.

This training is for estheticians, bodyworkers, acupuncturists, and practitioners with a license to touch the body. This training is not accredited.

Training will be over the course of 2 consecutive days. 4-5 hours per day
